The landscape of divisional leadership has shifted a great deal over the past 4 years, and we are keenly aware that the role of the division principal is increasingly complex. To support leaders new to the principalship in the past three years, CESA is excited to launch the Wisdom Walk, a division principal mentorship and cohort designed to equip and empower divisional leaders in CESA schools to thrive in their position, create a strong network of leaders in like-minded schools, and catalyze a deep understanding of their leadership that is inextricably linked to how Christian faith informs practice.
